Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Services

TANA Homes provides specialized services under the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), offering tailored waiver programs that promote independence, encourage community inclusion, and support personal growth. These services empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives in both home and community settings.

What We Do

Specialty Care Services at TANA Homes

We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each individual. From vocational training to mental health support, our goal is to empower you to reach your fullest potential at home and in the community. We work with you to create a personalized care plan that fosters independence, dignity, and active participation in all aspects of life

Adult Day training Facility Services

Providing specialized support for individuals with disabilities through companionship, employment readiness, behavioral support, and community integration, empowering them to develop independence and actively engage in their communities

Veteran Services

Providing specialized support for veterans with mental health challenges, PTSD, MST, and substance abuse, empowering them to reintegrate and thrive in their communities while overcoming trauma

Home & Community Habilitations

Providing person-centered habilitation services in both home and community settings, focusing on skill development, independence, and community participation, helping individuals improve daily living skills, social interactions, and achieve their personal goals.

Community Participation Services

Supporting individuals to actively engage in their communities through social, recreational, and volunteer opportunities, enhancing their quality of life by promoting inclusion, social connections, and community involvement.

Direct Care Support

Providing personalized, hands-on assistance with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, and transportation, ensuring individuals maintain independence and well-being while receiving the support they need to thrive in their homes and communities

In-Home/ Out of Home Respite Care

Offering respite care services, both in-home and out-of-home, to provide relief for caregivers while ensuring individuals receive compassionate, person-centered support and care

Behavior Support Services

Behavior Support Services empower people with Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD) to lead the lives they want. Behavior Support professionals work with individuals, family members, and TANA support team members to create goals and a support plan.
